Terms of Service

ShoresPC agrees to provide service to customers in compliance with these TOS ("Terms of Service"). By applying for hosting the customer or entity agrees that they are legally able to and willing to comply with these TOS. This document may be updated at any time in the future, by continuing service you also agree to the most current TOS.

If you do not agree to these TOS, do not apply for service from ShoresPC, and cancel all current services.

Service
When you select and sign up for a service you agree to remain within the limits of the selected plan. Should you exceed your allotment of storage or bandwidth (also referred to as "data transfer") or any other regulated part of your plan your service may be suspended without notice. Bandwidth is allotted per month and may be monitored in the control panel. ShoresPC also reserves the right to suspend and terminate your service for any other practices deemed unacceptable. Unacceptable practices may be, but are not limited to: running programs that use excessive CPU time, renting out your space to others, misuse of e-mail such as for spamming.

Fees
All accounts are subject to the advertised monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee as stated at the time of signup less any special deals or coupons. Failure to pay the amount owed initially or at any recurring date in the future will result in the customer's account being suspended. Accounts that are not paid may be turned over to a collection agency and you are responsible for any extra fees incurred by the collection agency.

Customer may be responsible for a $10.00 late fee if their balance is not paid within 7 days of the due date on the invoice.

Refunds
Payments made to ShoresPC are non-refundable and you are not eligible for any refunds if you cancel or stop using your service. Should ShoresPC be unable to provide service for any reason, a refund will be issued. Accounts that have prepaid such as quarterly or yearly will receive a refund for the unused months in the event that the account is cancelled or terminated.

If you are unsatisfied and cancel your account within 30 days of ordering, a refund will be issued in full. Customers are only allowed one refund, if you signup and cancel multiple times, additional refunds will not be issued. The money back guarantee only applies to web hosting, not design, management or domain services.

Spam
Any account found sending spam (unsolicited bulk e-mail) will be terminated immediately without refund. In addition, any website that promotes its products or services through spam will be terminated as well. ShoresPC does not condone this practice and this is a zero-tolerance policy.

Material
You may not use your ShoresPC account to host or link to certain materials. These include racist documents, pornography of any kind, copyrighted documents without permission, and warez.

Disclaimer
You, as a ShoresPC customer, are responsible for your web actions when using a ShoresPC account. You must comply with these TOS, any laws that apply to your practices, and you are responsible for any consequences of your online behavior. Should your website experience any technical difficulty ShoresPC is not responsible for losses related to such problems. It is your responsibility to maintain independent backups of all your files in a safe location off ShoresPC servers in case of emergency.

Anything not specifically mentioned in these TOS are subject to the discretion of ShoresPC.
